Now a day, most transactions are made electronically, local or online transaction to minimize the works of every individual. Since, it’s hard to adapt automation system for some newbies especially to non-computer literate, but they must accept the facts to learn and make use of computers. In behalf of many computerize system that we used every day, I Developed a Teller Automated Queuing Numbering System that serves every transaction to process electronically.
The orders are
the following:
1.
A client must enter their name
in the textbox and select one transaction at a time.
2.
Once you have done entering
your transaction, you have a choice if you are going to go BACK for some
modification or CONFIRM if there’s no changes.
3.
The confirmation button will
give your number automatically that serves your transaction number to be process.
4.
Wait for a moment to display
your number in the screen.
5.
Once your number appear on the
screen. Go to cashier number respective where your number belongs to.
6.
Finally, the cashiers already
knew you by your number.
The same concept
with Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) but I have a little bit modification
for my own design and services to cater the customers.
I am using
Visual Basic.Net as my programming tool to create the system and MySQL as my
database backend. It’s a network based system where you can connect multiple
computers. The system has 3 applications, 1st
User Display where the user can enter their names and transaction, 2nd Screen Display where
numbers appear automatically, and 3rd Cashier
Display where all the transaction caters sequentially.
No printer needed – once the system
generates your number, remember it or write on a paper so that once your number
appear on the screen you can directly go to window. Nothing to worry, the
teller will know your because your name appeared on their screen or asking you
to confirm it if you are in that number.

and others establishment that have vast number of customers to be serve. This
